홍경천 ( Rhodiola 홍경천) 은 고산지대 바위에 자생하는 여러해살이 풀 약초로  그 뿌리를 건강식품 으로 이용 하며

일명 제2의 인삼 이라 불리우는 건강기능식품 으로 한국 식약처 에서도  개정된 고시형 기능성 원료 로

마늘 과 함께 (히알루론산) ( 빌베리 추출물) ( 홍경천 추출물) 등을 추가 고시 하였음.

 

 추가 고시된 개별기능성 원료 의 기능성 내용 을 살펴보면  

 

* 히알루론산  : 피부보습, 하루섭취량 120 ~ 240 mg

* 빌베리 추출물 : 눈의 피로 개선, 하루섭취량 2,400 mg

* 홍경천 추출물 : 스트레스로 인한 피로개선, 하루섭취량 200 ~600 mg
